Currently we are looking for experienced Unreal Developer to join us on a full-time basis in our offices in Kyiv, Warsaw OR remotely

• Relevant Unreal Engine experience (UE4 and UE5 or even going as back as Unreal Engine 3) or Unity
• Solid understanding of networking in Unreal Engine (replication and optimizations) or Unity equivalent
• Solid C++ skills (which both of the developers interviewed seem to have)
• Console experience (Switch, XBox and PS newest generations)
• Graphics programming experience (preferably on multiple architectures)
• Profiling/optimization experience
• Experience porting games to different consoles (extra points if taking a game through TRC)
• Experience implementing typical game systems (inventory, 3Cs, crafting mechanics, AI, quest systems, loot systems)
• Familiarity with multiplayer/matchmaking solutions
• Experience leading medium-to-big-sized teams
• Be able to implement features from design documents and close communication with clients, leads and peers, artists and designers
• Good English (written and spoken)
